We came across this picture on Facebook, and it has us scratching our heads!?!

The clown on the door welcoming students, appears to us as ‘Pogo the Clown’ aka John Wayne Gacy! In the photo above, we see “Pogo Says.” Now, as you can see in the picture below, it’s almost an identical Pogo drawing found online .

So our question is, was this an honest mistake having ‘Pogo The Clown’ welcoming students back at a local school, or is there a reason behind using ‘Pogo’????
