July 3 — Youngsville — Fireworks at the Pond – Bring the family for the free pre-Independence Day celebration at Sugar Mill Pond Town Center from 5:30-9 p.m. Fireworks begin at 9 p.m. Enjoy live music, free activities for the kids leading up to the big show! July 4 — Avoyelles — 7th Annual Avoyelles Arts and Music Festival – 10 a.m. till nightfall. Enjoy music, food, contests, and fireworks from the Marksville Fire Department.
July 4 — Broussard — Broussard Indepenced Festival – St. Julien Park – Live music beginning at 6 p.m., face painting, splash pad, strolling musician, balloon artist, and more. Fireworks begin at 9 p.m. at Broussard Sports Complex!
July 4 — Erath — Erath 4h of July Celebration – Start your fourth with the Water Fights between area fire departments at 9 a.m., carnival rides open at 1 p.m., 5 p.m. the parade, live music at 8 p.m. and fireworks at 9 p.m.
July 4 — Eunice — Fourth of July Fireworks Show – Eunice Recreation Complex – Bring the entire family to enjoy the 30 minute spectacular display of fireworks at 9 p.m. Parking is available for this free event.
July 4 — Krotz Springs — Fireworks on the River, Nall Park – Krotz Springs will be celebrating the 100th anniversary with fireworks on the river at dusk. Bring your lawn chairs, enjoy live music, refreshments and children’s activities beginning at 6:30-9 p.m. Ice chests are permitted, but no bottles please.
