The Eunice Mardi Gras Celebration mixes tradition with music for a good time. Events begin on Friday night. A run for children and teenagers, called Lil’ Mardi Gras, is held Sunday. The Eunice Courir de Mardi Gras dates back from when the town was first established in the late 19th century.
