East Bank Little League of River Ridge is moving on in the Little League World Series tournament being held in Williamsport, Pennsylvania this year.
The Louisiana little leaguers defeated the New Jersey team, 4-1. New Jersey were the Mid-Atlantic champions.
River Ridge will now play the winner of South Riding, Virginia vs. Wailuki,Hawaii on Thursday evening. Virginia and Hawaii’s game will air tonight on ESPN.
