The New Orleans Saints have signed cornerback Deatrick Nichols, who became a free agent once the XFL suspended its season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Nichols is a 5’10”, 189lbs. cornerback that played with the XFL’s Houston Roughnecks and led the league with 3-interceptions. Nichols was originally signed by the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent in 2018 out of the University of South Florida.
