Last week, a 48-year-old Paul Burke was pulled over for driving a lawnmower on the highway and going significantly less than the 55 mile-per-hour speed limit in Fort McCoy, Florida.
The very humble Burke admitted that he was too drunk to perform the sobriety tests. He was arrested on a DUI charge.
