Machine Gun Kelly Lands His First No. 1 Album On Billboard 200 Charts

Machine Gun Kelly has earned his first-ever Billboard 200 No. 1 with his new album Tickets to My Downfall. Kelly’s new rock-inspired studio effort sold a career-best 126,000 equivalent album units. Tickets to My Downfall is the first rock album in 2020 to top the Billboard 200.

Executive produced by blink 182’s Travis Barker and featuring collaborations with Halsey, Trippie Redd, Iann Dior and blackbear, Tickets To My Downfall is MGK’s fifth studio album. The album has charted higher than MGK’s 2012 release Lace Up and 2015’s General Admission, which both debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200.

Kelly celebrated the achievement with a video clip on Instagram and the caption: “WE DID IT. #1 album. 126,000 units first week. to the fans + EST you really made it happen the way we talked about 10 years ago. today is a celebration. sorry random car ????????????????”
