Candy brands aren’t too “high” on all these knockoff cannabis products.
Several cannabis companies have been producing THC-spiked products that resemble other major cancy brands like Skittles, Life Savers, and Starburts. Namely, three cannabis brands—Terphogz LLC, Packaging Papi LLC, and 2020Ediblez have come under fire. The Wrigley Company has already filed three lawsuits against three edible cannabis brands for allegedly infringing on their trademark.
Hershey, Ferrara, and Mondelez have also filed lawsuits against cannabis brands in the past.
After a while, the cannabis products backed away and changed their product branding.
