Miley Cyrus recently revealed that she “didn’t make a dime” from her iconic “Bangerz” tour in 2014, even though it grossed $63 million. The tour was a huge success and was the 16th highest-grossing tour of the year. Cyrus paid for the tour herself because she didn’t want to compromise on what she believed the fans deserved. She also said that her vision for the tour was so “outlandish” that she received little outside support. Cyrus also shared that touring isn’t “healthy” for her and that her “ego” gets “overused” when she is on tour.
