Hoda Kotb, co-anchor of NBC’s Today show, announced her departure after five years as co-anchor and nearly three decades at NBC. Kotb will continue in her role until the beginning of 2025 and remain with NBC in some capacity. The decision was motivated by her daughters and the desire to explore new opportunities at 60. Kotb made history as the first female co-host of Today alongside Savannah Guthrie and has been hosting the fourth hour since 2007. She expressed gratitude to her colleagues and NBC family for their support.
