Actress Riley Keogh has shared her belief that her mother, Lisa Marie Presley, “died of a broken heart” following the death of her son, Benjamin Keogh, in 2020. Lisa Marie, who passed away in 2023 at the age of 53 from natural causes, struggled with the loss of her son and ultimately succumbed to a small bowel obstruction that led to a cardiac arrest. Riley, along with her younger sisters, witnessed their mother’s pain and acknowledged the toll it took on her. Lisa Marie had written about grief in an essay before her death, emphasizing that the pain of losing a loved one is enduring and cannot be easily overcome. She is survived by Riley and her 15-year-old twins, Finley and Harper.
