Kids Zydeco Fit & Fitness Every Saturday in June from 9 am – 10 am at the Farmers Market Pavilion at Le Vieux Village, 828 East Landry Street, Opelousas

Opelousas Tourism is pleased to announce Kids Zydeco and Line Dancing at the Farmer’s Market Pavilion every Saturday in June.  Led by Zydeco and Curobiks instructor, Eva Noel, kids will have a fun time learning a variety of line dances, including Zydeco and Country songs as well as the basic Zydeco steps.

The June dates include June 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30.  Classes are from 9 – 10 a.m. and are free and open to the public.  Participants are encouraged to bring a towel and a bottle of water. Children must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
