On Sunday evening the Mayor of Youngsville, Ken Ritter announced a suspension of activities at the Youngsville Sports Complex. Mayor Ritter in a Facebook post said that in an effort to do their part in “flattening the curve” that although the City of Youngsville’s businesses remains open, everybody’s diligence will help stem the spread of Covid-19.
“We are in the prime time of athletic activity which drives visitors to our city to dine in our restaurants and shop in our businesses. Youngsville remains OPEN to business. Please keep all of our local businesses top of mind. They will need our help now more than ever.”
