The Acadiana Buddy Walk® 💙👣💛 will be VIRTUALLY EXTRAORDINARY this year as we celebrate anywhere!
Our 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣0️⃣ Buddy Walk® may be different this year but our mission is not. The safety and health of our members and our community is top priority. 😷 Join DSAA as we unite for a common cause to raise funds at the 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣0️⃣ Virtual Buddy Walk®. Teams will have 21 days (signifying the 3rd copy of the 21st chromosome) to "WALK YOUR WAY" with family and friends in neighborhoods 🏡, local parks 🏞 or wherever you choose from October 10th – October 31st. Even from a distance we can make a difference in the lives of individuals with Down syndrome, their families and our community!
To continue the celebration, we will be hosting a CAR PARADE on October 31st from 10 a.m. until Noon at The Bayou church, 2234 Kaliste Saloom Road. Join us from the comfort of your vehicle as we cheer and celebrate all individuals with Down syndrome.
