There’s a lot of money to be won in several lottery drawings this weekend.
Friday night’s (1/8/2021) Mega Millions jackpot is up to $510 million. The last time someone won the jackpot was September 15, 2020, for a total of $119 million. Taking the cash value would still bring in over $377 million for the winner.
Saturday’s (1/8/2021) Powerball drawing has an advertised annuity jackpot of $470 million, with its last winner also coming from the same September 2020 weekend as the Mega Millions’ last winner. Taking the cash value would bring in over $362 million for the winner.
Louisiana’s Lotto jackpot is high as well. Saturday night’s cash prize is up to $2 million.
