Registration is open for the Bookin’ It Along the Teche 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run.

The event will be held on the streets of scenic New Iberia on Sat., April 2, 2022. The race is in conjunction with the Books Along the Teche Literary Festival (April 1-3) and all proceeds benefit the cultural activities of the Iberia Preservation Alliance.

The event will begin at 8 a.m. at Bouligny Plaza (102 W. Main St., New Iberia). Awards and prizes will immediately follow the race. Race T-shirts will be available to all registered participants.

Early Registration & Cost:

Early registration is available at Cajun Timing. Runners can register on race day for $30. For youth (ages 1-14) and for the Fun Run the fee is $20. The event begins at Bouligny Plaza and winds through New Iberia Historic District.
