Shrimp Fajitas

large shrimp (15 count)

Cajun seasoning

butter

onions sliced

bell peppers sliced

tortillas

Peel and dry shrimp, season, and sear in a hot cast-iron skillet with butter until "blackened" then place on the side.

Season onions and bell peppers.  Add a little more butter.  Then cook vegetables down quickly on medium-high heat until soft.

Heat up tortillas and serve.
