Consider donating any gently-used costumes you may have in storage for a child to receive this Halloween season. We have spooky donation boxes out at the Main Library and all Regional Libraries throughout September.
And for those in need of a costume, Ages 0-12, we will have Second Chance Costumes available on Thursday, October 6 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the West Regional Library.
