1.5 lbs of salmon
olive oil spray or butter
Paul Prudhomme's Salmon Magic seasoning
Preheat oven to 450. Put salmon skin-side down on sprayed/greased aluminum foil on a baking sheet. Use Paul Prudhomme's salmon magic to season fish.
Bake at 450 between 12-15 minutes.
