Join LARC’s Acadian Village for the Anything Over Rice Cookoff and Car and Hot Rod Showcase on Saturday, May 20, 2023.
If interested in signing up a team for the cookoff Contact Rusty Noel at 337-257-0237. Awards will be given in 3 categories: judge’s choice, people’s choice and showmanship (decorating of booth). $50 team signup fee. Cooking teams to arrive/start cooking by 7am. Opens to the public at 10am.
- If you are interested in showcasing your antique car or hot rod you can call the General Store at 337-981-2364 or email kristen@acadianvillage.org. Award will be given to car owner for Best in Show. $25 fee to register car
