Cajun Chili Fest , March 16, is a Chili Appreciation Society International (CASI) official event and features competitive chili cooking teams from around the country – as well as local teams from Acadiana. As the Louisiana State Cookoff, you’ll have the chance to taste some of the best chili these teams have to offer. The family-friendly event, which is open to the public, hosts a variety of entertainment such as live music from the Alligator Blues Band, a Kids Zone, raffles, prize drawings, concessions and vendor booths.

Just $5 at the gate gets you all the chili you can eat!

All proceeds benefit Family Promise of Acadiana, a local non-profit that helps homeless families achieve and sustain long-term independence.
