College Scholarships – Financial assistance to individuals enrolled and accepted in the UL LIFE Program at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette to pursue post-secondary educational opportunities.

Stipend program – Designed to assist families and individuals to enhance the lives of our members with Down syndrome. Our goal is to provide funding for as many families as possible in the areas of education, medical and recreation.

Membership discounts – Early access and discounts to attend educational camps and reduces rates on our social and educational events.

Workshops & Seminars – Offering various conferences, seminars and camps providing support to individuals with Down syndrome, their families and our community.

Group Events- Offering social and educational events throughout the year allowing our members to enjoy with their friends and allowing the families to interact and support one another.

National Conference Trip – Offering an all-expense paid trip to a family of four to attend the National Down Syndrome Congress Annual Conference which includes parent workshops, youth, adult and sibling conferences and much more.

STAR Educator Program – Nominate a teacher, paraprofessional or service provider (therapists, nurses, etc.) who enrich the lives of our members with Down syndrome. The chosen recipient will receive a basket full of love from DSAA and their star student.
