Calling all chocolate and arts lovers! Join the Oil Center Association for this brand new event to celebrate the Oil Center’s new designation as a state-recognized cultural district and promote restaurants and arts/culture merchants located in the Oil Center!  Local restaurants will serve chocolate-themed appetizers and beverages, and drinks will flow all evening. Other event features include:
Photo station with Santa and Rudolph
Cigar lounge
Live arts displays and demos
Caroling by local groups
