Bake and decorate your favorite Vermilionville house or feature in gingerbread for fun and prizes!
Three divisions (may be baked / built by an individual or group):
- Children 14 years and under
- Adults 15 years and over
- Professionals – working in cake/cookie decorating
Your gingerbread house must depict a building, structure or feature of Vermilionville/Bayou Vermilion District. All entrants will receive a pass to visit Vermilionville to decide on their gingerbread house subject.
Gingerbread houses may be submitted December 6 -9th at Vermilionville.
During Vermilionville’s Old Time Winter December 12 -16, guests will have an opportunity to vote for their favorite gingerbread house.
Judging will be held at 10 AM on December 17, during our Old Time Winter Family Day. Winners will be announced at noon.
