The 2nd International Rice Festival Rice & Gravy Cook-off is set for Saturday, September 18th in Crowley at the Wells Fargo Building. Admission is $5, children 4 and under are free and drinks available to purchase. Gates open to the public at 11 a.m. and serving begins at 12:30 p.m.
