On February 15th in the perfectly seasoned city of Opelousas, there is yet another culinary event showing off amazing Louisiana cooking. The Grey Foundation’s 3rd Annual Jammin’ Boston Butt Cook-Off has three categories: BBQ/Smoked, Gravy, and Jambalaya. If you are interested in participating, you can download a registration form here. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in each category are awarded as well as an overall Grand Champion, People’s Choice, Best Decorated Booth, and Best Dressed.

In the Kid’s Corner, there will be fun jumps for all ages, face painting, and a balloon artist.

Along with the fun will be live music by Clay Cormier, Kaleb Olivier Music, & The Paul & Pete Band.
