The Jubilee of the Word Marathon taking place in Opelousas, Louisiana as a part of its tricentennial celebration is also a commemoration of the 100th anniversary of Holy Ghost Catholic Church. The Bible will be read non-stop for 100 hours by 300 readers in front of Holy Ghost Church. The reading will begin on Ash Wendesday on February 26 at 12:30pm and end on the first Sunday of Lent, March 1st, at 4:30pm.
