The Frog Festival Committee of the Rayne Chamber of  Commerce and Agriculture is holding the annual poster contest for the 2019 Rayne Frog Festival May 8-11, 2019.  First place winner will receive a $100 cash prize, two weekend festival passes and a festival t-shirt.
