Spring Gala has been an annual event anticipated by University and community supporters each year since its inception in 1997. Hosting this event on its given Saturday is one of the highlights of the year for the UL Lafayette Alumni Association. Proceeds from the evening are dedicated to funding initiatives by the Alumni Association.
Richard Zuschlag and family will be honored on March 30, 2019 at the Alumni Center. We are honored to recognize them this year for their dedication and investments in the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and the Acadiana community.
Spring Gala features both a silent and live auction including a variety of attractive items to bid on such as original artwork, unique gift assortments, travel opportunities and Ragin’ Cajuns merchandise. The event offers fine food and entertainment throughout the night as well.
Tickets are $100 per individual. Sponsor tables are available for $5,000 and patron tables are $2,000.
President-elect of the UL Lafayette Alumni Association, Troy Hebert, serves as chairman of Spring Gala with Denise Lanclos serving as auction chair. In the last 22 years, Spring Gala has surpassed the $1 million milestone in net proceeds thanks to the generous contribution of our community and alumni. The Alumni Association greatly appreciates the support received to help our facilities thrive throughout Lafayette and the University.
