Join United Way of Acadiana in providing free tax preparation services to our community.

VITA volunteers, certified and trained by the IRS, help local residents save hundreds in tax preparation fees. Last year, we served over 3,000 residents, and with your help, we can reach even more.

You will receive training to provide free tax help for low-to-moderate income families who need assistance preparing their tax returns. As a volunteer, you will join the thousands of others who, each year, prepare millions of tax returns at thousands of tax sites nationwide.
