Down Syndrome Association of Acadiana would like to encourage schools and businesses to join us in acknowledging World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD) on March 21, 2022. Spreading awareness helps foster inclusion and acceptance of all individuals with Down syndrome in our schools and community.

Three ways you can support your friends with Down syndrome:

1.   wear your bold, bright, colorful, mismatched socks;

2.   wear a blue or yellow colored shirt; and

3.   wear blue jeans.
